Data Analyst

This role focuses on data analysis and visualization to support HR department initiatives, including business planning, financial reporting, and strategy. The position involves processing standard operating procedures, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance and process improvements. The individual will be based in the corporate offices in Reading, PA, with a requirement to work in the office at least four days a week.
