About this role

This internship role focuses on transforming the HR function through digital capabilities while gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, and AI development. The trainee will create reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, support stakeholder reporting activities, and assist in building data pipelines within a hybrid work environment. Candidates will work across Airbus's HR Data Hub and Data & Analytics Business Team to drive business insights and innovation.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver standard HR reports and dashboards
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends
Ensure data quality through regular quality checks
Support HR Business Partners in reporting activities
Contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines
