The Digital ACE (DACE) Associate is an early-career role within Access Holdings' ACE program designed to develop marketing and business development talent through hands-on experience applying contemporary digital tools across the Access investment ecosystem. The role places participants with Access portfolio companies (here, Zeus Fire & Security) to learn and implement data-driven approaches that support value creation and growth.
