About this role

The Digital ACE (DACE) Associate is an early-career role within Access Holdings' ACE program designed to develop marketing and business development talent through hands-on experience applying contemporary digital tools across the Access investment ecosystem. The role places participants with Access portfolio companies (here, Zeus Fire & Security) to learn and implement data-driven approaches that support value creation and growth. Participants receive training and mentorship from senior digital, corporate development, and investment professionals and are positioned for future Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Corporate Development roles.
