Data Center Field Tech (HE LLC)

The Data Center Field Technician role involves representing the company at customer data centers to identify needs, install, and maintain energy management systems, switchgear, UPS, and power generation equipment. The position requires troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures while supporting the full physical infrastructure of mission-critical IT environments. This role provides project support to the VP of Engineering and helps clients reduce energy costs and ensure 100% uptime.
