Data Center Field Technician

The Data Center Field Technician will represent the company at customer sites, providing hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance for energy management systems, switchgear, UPS, and power generation equipment. This role supports the full physical infrastructure of mission-critical data centers, ensuring 100% uptime and helping clients reduce energy costs. The position involves meeting with customers to identify needs, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining facility power and cooling systems.
