Data Center FieldOps Technician (RunOps Technician)

The Data Center FieldOps Technician supports production network cabling within the data center, handling hardware installations, cable termination, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency. This role involves performing Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs), managing assets, and providing smart-hands assistance while maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to security protocols. The position requires proficiency in fiber optic and copper infrastructure testing, splicing, and installation, along with the ability to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.
