About this role

Hyve Solutions is seeking a senior technical leader to drive next-generation infrastructure architecture development for advanced compute, server, storage, and network systems. This role requires deep expertise in Linux, distributed systems, and rack-scale infrastructure to evaluate tradeoffs, guide engineering teams, and shape the company's technical roadmap. As a trusted technical authority within the CTO organization, the individual will mentor staff and ensure architectural consistency across complex datacenter platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive technical architecture development for compute, storage, and networking platforms
Evaluate architectural tradeoffs across performance, power, and scalability requirements
Provide deep technical guidance to engineering teams on infrastructure specifications
Mentor architects and senior engineers across multiple technical disciplines
Influence technology selection and future infrastructure roadmap direction
