Data Center Management Group Manager - Data Center Operation Section, Infrastructure Services Department (INSD)

As Rakuten's Data Center Management Group Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and coordinate with internal partners to oversee hardware installations, network cabling, and service requests within the data center. You will drive operational maturity by implementing project and risk management frameworks, developing policies and runbooks, and managing a large on-site contractor workforce. This role focuses on ensuring the physical infrastructure and operational standards support the broader Technology Platforms Division and Infrastructure Services Department.
