About this role

The role combines customer service responsibilities with the maintenance and operation of critical data center mechanical and electrical systems. The incumbent will support 24x7 emergency response, oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime of all M&E equipment in a high‑availability environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external clients
Respond to emergency calls 24x7x365
Assist the Operation Lead in daily data center operations and preventive maintenance management
Monitor and respond to EPMS, BMS, and fire system alarms in a timely manner
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures

Skills

Qualifications

ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management
