About this role

The Data Centre Operations Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT infrastructure within the data centre to ensure secure, reliable customer server environments and extremely high uptime. The role involves hands-on work with servers, storage, networking, and cabling, as well as use of monitoring and ticketing systems. The technician works in shift patterns providing 24x7x365 operational coverage. This position is based in Slough, UK, within Rackspace Technology’s managed hosting and data centre operations environment.
