Data Centre Operations

An energetic and passionate Data Centre Operator is sought to manage the full customer experience, including day-to-day operations, emergency response, and client service delivery within the Melbourne facilities. The role involves critical facilities management, monitoring infrastructure, and providing remote assistance and support to customers and other data centres. The position requires flexibility to work across technical facilities and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency response.
