Data Centre Supervisor

The Data Centre Supervisor leads a small team in the day-to-day operation of a critical 24x7 environment, ensuring work is delivered safely and in line with operational standards. The role involves coordinating audits, incident response, changes, and project work while maintaining accurate hardware and cabling records. This position requires hands-on involvement in hardware installation, decommissioning, and cabling, alongside coaching and mentoring technicians to drive continuous improvement.
