The Data Collector is a field-based role with the International Rescue Committee in Tripoli supporting the organization’s humanitarian programs through collection and management of program data. The position contributes to monitoring and evaluation efforts and helps ensure program accountability and evidence-based decision making. The role reports to the Monitoring and CRA Senior Officer and is based in Tripoli.
