Data & CRM Manager

The Data & CRM Manager owns Metrocrest’s data infrastructure and serves as the organization’s Salesforce administrator, building and maintaining systems to turn service activity into accurate, usable information. This role trains and supports staff at every level, partners with each pillar to meet data needs, and serves as the primary liaison with the Salesforce vendor. The position ensures data integrity, privacy, and security while delivering timely reports and dashboards to leadership and funders.
