About this role

As a Data Engineer on TD's Data Strategy & Implementation team, you will design, build, and debug ETL pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Spark to transform raw data into trusted assets. You will onboard new data sources, establish secure connectivity across diverse database and API technologies, and ensure high-performance data flow for analytics and AI models. This role requires end-to-end ownership of ingestion frameworks and collaboration with platform and partner teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable ETL pipelines using Python and Spark on Azure Databricks
Onboard new data sources into the ingestion framework end-to-end
Establish secure connectivity and access controls across diverse database technologies
Troubleshoot and tune pipeline performance to ensure reliable data flow
Collaborate with platform and partner teams to deliver data products on release cadence
