About this role

A Data Engineer at Relation Therapeutics is responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines that facilitate the transfer of lab data into both self-hosted and cloud environments. This role involves ingesting and integrating diverse bioinformatics and multi-modal data, developing reusable ETL workflows, and enhancing data management practices in collaboration with Data Science and Machine Learning teams. The Data Engineer will also ensure data quality, support data governance, and develop scalable data models while promoting accessibility for non-technical users through visualization tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Python and SQL, along with experience in cloud environments and data governance.
