About this role
The Data Engineer at the International Rescue Committee supports the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of data systems and pipelines across the organization’s data environment. The role works with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, Fabric) and helps maintain Lakehouse environments while collaborating closely with senior engineers and the broader Data Team. This is a hands-on technical position focused on foundational data engineering tasks and cross-team collaboration.
