Data Engineer

This role focuses on designing and operating scalable data pipelines and services to unify customer support signals across multiple channels, powering an AI-native support insights and analytics platform. The position involves developing governed semantic models and Power BI datasets to enable self-serve, AI-native insights while ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance. The engineer will build AI-native capabilities, write clean code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental solutions within an agile environment.
