Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering Lead

This role leads the Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams at Loft, responsible for defining and evolving the cloud data architecture on GCP to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. The position involves driving the technical strategy and execution of the company's data platform, scaling analytical capabilities, and ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with LGPD. The leader will build and mentor a high-performance team while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions.
