About this role

The Data Engineering Lead will architect and own Ascend’s data infrastructure that powers company-wide decision making, reporting to the Head of Finance & Data. The role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the data platform—from ingestion of high-volume transactional data to modeling and orchestration—and for delivering trusted, scalable data products that support financial operations. This leader ensures accurate, auditable metrics and helps the company scale analytics and data systems as transaction volumes grow.
