About this role

The Data Engineering Leader at Masco is responsible for the delivery, quality, and operational health of the enterprise data engineering capability, overseeing a team of Data Engineers building ingestion, transformation, and Lakehouse solutions for POS and commercial data. This hands‑on technical leader manages project plans, SLAs, incident and release management, and collaborates closely with architecture and BI delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely analytics.
