Data Governance Lead

Ascot Group is seeking a Data Governance Lead to mature and operationalize data governance across the organization. This role serves as a key connector between Data Governance, IT, and business stakeholders, partnering with Data Owners and Data Stewards to define critical data, improve data quality, and strengthen accountability. The position requires specialty insurance knowledge, hands-on data and analytics capability, and a practical understanding of data governance principles.
