The Data Governance Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and driving Data Governance across JTI. The position owns the enterprise capability that translates the established Data Governance Framework into practical, scalable and sustainable governance across business domains. Working closely with business leaders, Global Data Owners, Global Data Stewards, Global Process Owners, Master Data Governance Office (MDGO) and D&IT, the role drives enterprise-wide adoption of governance practices, strengthens accountability for data as a strategic asset and enables responsible innovation through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation.
