The Data & Impact Manager serves as the organization's lead strategist and analyst for data, performance measurement, and impact evaluation, transforming organizational and programmatic data into actionable insights. This role oversees dashboards, reporting systems, and data governance practices while supervising staff and supporting strategic planning and resource development. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization can clearly demonstrate its impact, make informed decisions, and continuously improve service to youth, families, and communities.
