Data Integrity Specialist / HIM Data Integrity

This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of information across all entities of the Health System, focusing on the resolution of urgent and non-emergent Master Patient Index (MPI) duplicate and overlay errors. The role involves investigating chart correction issues, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and supporting the migration to an enterprise-wide MPI. The incumbent ensures data integrity to support patient care and safety while adhering to established quality and productivity standards.
