Data Migration Lead - HR Transformation

The Data Migration Lead will oversee a large‑scale enterprise data migration programme for the HR department, defining and governing the end‑to‑end approach for extracting, cleansing, transforming, validating, reconciling, archiving and migrating HR data to new systems. The role works closely with HR analysts, IT, platform suppliers and the systems integrator to ensure compliant, secure and successful data transitions.
