About this role

The Data Migration Specialist ensures new customers start with clean, accurate, and well-structured data by extracting, cleaning, transforming, and importing data from legacy systems into Podium. This hands-on technical role involves collaborating with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot data issues and execute migrations efficiently using Python, spreadsheets, and AI tools. The position is a 3-month temporary contract based onsite in Guatemala City.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data migrations from third-party systems into Podium
Transform and validate large datasets using Python and spreadsheets
Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch data issues with urgency
