Data & ML Platform Lead

The Data & ML Platform Lead leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for building and operating the core infrastructure supporting Curve's business, including streaming and batch data ingestion, real-time decisioning, and ML capabilities. This hands-on platform engineering role involves owning the design and reliability of Kafka-based services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to ensure bank-grade standards. The position requires technical leadership while remaining closely involved in complex architectural challenges as Curve integrates into Lloyds Banking Group.
