Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data operations, analytics, or data engineering-related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines and automation workflows
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data validation, and monitoring best practices
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting systems, and data delivery mechanisms for business and operational stakeholders
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or regulated industries is highly preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin
