QTS Data Centers is seeking a Data Owner to oversee data governance, quality, and lifecycle standards within a specific business domain. This role establishes data strategy, defines authoritative data elements, and serves as the final decision-maker for critical governance matters in alignment with enterprise policies. The Data Owner collaborates cross-functionally with Technology, Security, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure data is managed securely and supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain domain data strategy and annual goals aligned to business outcomes
Define, approve, and govern authoritative data elements and domain standards
Serve as the accountable decision-maker for critical governance and security classifications
Assess and document domain risks with documented rationale and compensating controls
Coordinate Data Stewards to ensure effective governance coverage and execution
