Data Prep Manager, Heavy Civil Construction

The Data Prep Manager leads the Data Prep Team across multiple branch offices, ensuring field crews receive accurate 3D surface models, survey staking files, and stringless files for GPS-controlled construction equipment. The role develops and maintains company-wide Data Prep standards and workflow procedures, trains and mentors Data Prep Technicians, and assigns and balances workload across team members and branches. This full-time, office-based position in Springdale, Arkansas, requires at least three years of construction industry experience and proficiency in Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
