Data Protection and Privacy Lead

This role involves owning data protection and privacy across Helsing's group of companies, building the framework from the ground up while serving as the primary adviser on GDPR, the AI Act, and international privacy regimes. The position guides product, engineering, and commercial teams on handling personal data in AI development and ensures compliance across Germany, the UK, France, and new markets. Privacy is integrated into product design to build government trust and shape how sensitive data is managed.
