About this role
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) will oversee PVH Europe’s compliance with the GDPR and other applicable EMEA data protection laws, maintaining the company’s GDPR program and providing privacy counsel across the business. The role is part of the COE Global Privacy, reports to the VP Associate General Counsel Global Privacy, and is based at PVH’s Amsterdam campus. It involves internal privacy governance with some external engagement with supervisory authorities.
