About this role
Acts as the liaison between business units and the Data & Records Management (DRM) function to enable data governance, risk management, and compliance across the bank. Translates business needs into actionable DRM strategies and supports implementation of records classification, retention, storage, retrieval, and disposal practices. Monitors data quality, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps embed data and records considerations into BAU decision making and change programs.
