Data Science Engineering Manager

The Data Science Engineering Manager leads the R&D team responsible for Alice's security and safety AI models and the underlying data platform. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver real-time inference, automated red-teaming for GenAI systems, and a robust Databricks/Spark data platform. The manager sets technical direction, ensures delivery quality, and fosters team growth and excellence.
