About this role
The Data Scientist, Analytics for Ads will be embedded within Discord’s Ads organization to build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that powers advertiser and internal decision-making. This role partners with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, create self-serve assets, and surface actionable insights that improve ad performance and product outcomes. The position reports to the Director of Data Science, Analytics for Ads and supports hundreds of internal stakeholders.
