A Data Scientist on Blackstone’s People Analytics team applies data science, AI, and advanced analytics to improve talent, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness across the firm. The role partners with HR and the Strategic Incentives Group to build predictive models, reporting solutions, and data tools that inform workforce decisions. This position reports to the Vice President of People Data Science and contributes to the analytics roadmap and data governance.
