Data Scientist (Corporate)

Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to build predictive models and data products that enhance customer understanding and activation. This role focuses on increasing Customer Lifetime Value through hyper-personalized CRM campaigns, retention strategies, and churn reduction. The Data Scientist will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to production deployment and monitoring, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to mature the company's analytics platform.
