About this role

CHAOS Industries is seeking a foundational hire to own statistical methodology for its Mission Engineering team, transforming large-scale simulation outputs into actionable decisions for defense and commercial clients. The role involves designing rigorous experimental constructs, building scalable Python data pipelines, developing surrogate models, and communicating quantitative results to senior stakeholders. As a key member of the team, the individual will set standards for data management and statistical rigor while supporting DoD, DARPA, and intelligence community programs.

Responsibilities

Design rigorous experimental constructs for large-scale simulation campaigns
Build scalable Python-based data pipelines for statistical analysis and visualization
Develop ML and statistical surrogate models to accelerate trade studies
