About this role

As a Data Scientist on Aviva Canada's Economic Capital team, you will apply statistical modeling, simulation techniques, and advanced analytics to support risk assessment and capital modeling. You will develop data pipelines, design stochastic simulation frameworks, and collaborate with actuaries and finance professionals to quantify risk exposures and support enterprise risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines for climate and exposure datasets
Design and implement stochastic simulation frameworks for risk calibration
Analyze insurance and finance datasets to quantify uncertainty and trends
