Baton Corporation is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to own the measurement and analytics framework for marketing and paid acquisition efforts. The role involves developing attribution models, designing experiments, and building predictive models to optimize budget allocation and understand user quality across various channels. This position requires close collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve marketing infrastructure.
