Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will be the first hire on the team, responsible for putting machine learning into production by building models that power live product flows and user personalization. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Lifecycle marketing to ship models as features, establish real-time low-latency serving patterns on GCP, and drive measurable business impact through experimentation and causal inference. The position requires a strong background in production ML development, software engineering fundamentals, and translating product problems into modeling solutions.
