The Data Strategy & Analytics Lead in Roche’s Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy (RWCDS) team drives implementation of data strategies across a therapeutic area to enable evidence generation and data-driven decision-making. The role translates therapeutic area needs into data standards and products, aligns RWCDS capabilities with product development priorities, and advances FAIR principles and enterprise data governance. The position is based in Welwyn and includes leadership of a team of data strategists and analysts.
