About this role

The Database Administrator will serve as the primary administrator for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, overseeing donor database integrity, gift processing, and financial reconciliation. They will develop reports and dashboards to guide fundraising strategy and collaborate with Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operations and decision‑making.
