The Database Administrator L2 provides advanced operational administration and technical support across multiple database platforms including Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and IBM Db2. This role serves as the primary technical escalation point for L1 operations, owning complex incident resolution, performance troubleshooting, high availability, disaster recovery, and security administration. The position requires strong hands-on expertise in at least two major database technologies and practical operational knowledge across the remaining platforms.
