About this role
This role is a Database Engineer/DBA position within Scaleway’s sovereign cloud environment, focused on large-scale database systems. The position is centered on automating and managing PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server clusters to ensure service continuity and high performance. The engineer will develop Python-based tools, contribute to architectural improvements, and participate in disaster recovery and high-availability strategies. The work is done in a collaborative, international team supporting Scaleway’s growing cloud and AI infrastructure.
