Database Engineer

This role focuses on designing and tuning index pruning strategies to maintain lean large tables and indexes while preserving query performance. The position involves collaborating with the PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DocumentDB communities to advance the open source DocumentDB engine and lead deep work on PostgreSQL internals. Responsibilities include extending the query engine with BSON-aware operators and custom scan nodes to efficiently handle large-scale unstructured data.
