Day Crew Mobilization Manager

The Day Crew Mobilization Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of recruiting, screening, and preparing approximately 250–300 local volunteers for Mercy Ships field services in Togo. Reporting to the Senior Director of Ship People & Culture Operations, the role translates workforce requirements into effective recruitment plans and ensures a successful handover to the on-ship team. This full-time position involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction and selection to documentation and orientation support.
