Day Habilitation Services

This role involves working directly with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to teach, assist, and facilitate choices in their daily lives and within the community. The position requires implementing and documenting Day Habilitation Service Plan objectives while providing motivation and support during program offerings and transitions. The role focuses on helping members build functional independence and integrate into the community through various activities and therapeutic goals.
