Day Office Supervisor

The Day Office Supervisor oversees the Customer Service Office at MTD’s Administration and Operations Facility, performing routine and complex clerical and administrative work. This role involves managing reservations, scheduling, and reconciling manifests for ADA Paratransit Service while supporting the DASH Card program. The position requires supervising Information Assistants, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining departmental records and office procedures.
